• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for payment errors caused by third parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEXTRIPPY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
